Overview
The company wanted a solution that was easily able to fasten their reporting system and improve the decision-making process. In addition to tis, a user-friendly BI tool to gain valuable insights in sales data in almost real-time was the Producer’s vital concern.
Challenges
The Company faced a number of challenges:
- Reports were generated only on-demand
- Many different ways of calculating the same KPIs
- Lack of one and coherent view of their sales performance
- Time consuming data cleansing process
The challenge was to integrate data from the newly implemented IFS ERP system with the data from the previously used PEOK system, two very different architectures and object keys.
Our second goal was to create new reporting areas with comprehensive dashboards covering financial and profitability analysis.
After reviewing several potential BI solutions, Zakłady Tłuszczowe Bielmar finalized on Qlik Sense platform. Qlik Sense’s speed to market, time to value, data analysis capabilities impressed them.

The implementation of Qlik Sense enabled the Producer to replace static reports generated only on demand with automatic, great-looking Nprinting® reports which are now quickly distributed to more than 250 users on a daily basis.

User can quickly check if the company is currently within budget, understand how this year’s sales compare with sales from last year or find out who is top performing and lowest performing sales rep.
