The TETA program also has a function for copying employee data. What does this consist of? When an employee moves from one company to another, all his information can be directly copied to the new employer. In addition, it is possible to access current activities in each company. This allows the development of employees’ talents and the recognition of their problems with the work they do.

TETA program also allows you to keep an archive, which from January 1, 2019 you can also have in electronic form. This is quite a convenience, also for the whole company, since a physical archive usually takes up a lot of space. It is also possible to sign documents electronically. This allows the company’s processes to be handled much faster. With this solution, the flow of documents between establishments can be done electronically.

Access to the program

When defining dependencies and building organizational structures, company managers can determine what information a specific user can see. This results in access to all companies, but can be also limited to smaller dependencies, e.g. by organizational unit. TETA also offers a whole package of additional benefits that improve the work of not only the HR department. The TETA ME application is an integral part of the system. It is a mobile access to all business information and available on any device with internet. In the application, an employee can see their schedules, preview their vacation schedule or request a manager. It’s worth mentioning that the TETA program allows you to take a “bird’s eye view” of all information, making it much easier to analyze all HR data.
