BPX S.A. carried out the analysis of business and technical architecture of SAP system for ZUS (the internal name was SWEZ - System of Factory's Economic Support). The scope of jobs was as follows: the area of factory's accounting as a corporate body, preparation of recommendation of accounts reconstruction as well as describe the business requirements for the implementation of the analyzed system modification.
The project was aimed at implementing financial modules in compliance with the Headquarters requirements. BPX consultants were responsible for the implementation of the fixed assets module with its numerous extensions together with the integration with PM module. The migration covered nearly 100 000 fixed assets in total, coming from four sources. The project was executed in cooperation with IBM Poland.
A BPX Consultant worked as the Project Manager (Integration Manager). He was responsible not only for starting the system in Slovakia, Czech Republic and Latvia but also for upgrading the system in a Polish branch of the corporation. During one of the starts supervised by BPX, 1700 users began working with the system at the same time (6 locations, 3 factories).
