SAP Global Template Deployment and Merger Integration

Solenis, formerly Ashland Water Technologies, is an American manufacturer of specialty chemicals for the pulp, paper, oil and gas, chemical processing, mining, biorefining, power and municipal markets​

​Solenis acquired 6 manufacturing sites from BASF and integrated the sites onto the Solenis SAP global business process template.​

BPX Solution​

​Working with its partner, ThinkIt Partners, BPX provided teams of consultants at several sites in the US and globally to support the deployment of the Solenis global template to the newly acquired BASF manufacturing sites.​  BPX consultants led and performed activities associated with the SAP global deployment including configuration, development, testing, training, data cutover, and post go live support​.

Client Outcomes​

​The complex SAP integration of two companies was performed prior to the closing of the financial transaction between Solenis and BASF, on time and on budget, in addition to the successful deployment of the Solenis SAP Global Process Template to the acquired BASF sites.​
